Welcome to DSU! I am excited to have you join us and begin this adventure together. I am a follower of Christ, a wife, and a mom of five. I am here to minister to your needs and offer support as you make this transition to college life. Newman Club represents the Church to college students on campuses all across the country. The Newman Club allows Catholic students to live boldly for Christ along side their brothers and sisters. We are here for a reason, for a season, and for such a time as this! And we have a great time together in the process.

My name is Rev. Anthony Urban and I am the pastor of Saint Thomas Aquinas parish and serve as the chaplain for the Newman Club here at Dakota State University. I am a Sioux Falls native, I have been a priest for 11 years, I own a German Shorthaired pointer named Will, and I look forward to meeting you to help you continue your lifelong encounter with Jesus and the Church He established.
